These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the website https://opportunityclubindia.com/, the mobile applications Opportunity Club India - OCI (Google Play) and Opportunity Club India (Apple App Store), and related services offered by Opportunity Club India (OCI) through Admed India Services Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By registering, logging in or using our platforms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. About Opportunity Club India

Opportunity Club India is a self-help community organisation established in Dehradun in 2014. We foster development, dignity and social security by connecting members, businesses, volunteers and donors through networking, events, classifieds, jobs, matrimonials, member offers and community programmes.

2. Eligibility and membership

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law.
• Membership categories may include regular members, business members, guardian members and public figures, each subject to applicable club rules and verification.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to keep your profile updated.
• We may approve, suspend, inactive or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, club policies or applicable law.

3. Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately through our Contact Us page if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, harassing or unlawful content.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with Opportunity Club India.
• Use the platform for spam, fraud, unauthorised advertising or commercial solicitation outside permitted features.
• Upload viruses, scrape data, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with platform security or performance.
• Harass members or misuse contact details obtained through the member directory or network features.

5. Member content and listings

You retain responsibility for content you submit, including classifieds, job posts, matrimonial profiles, business offers, photographs and messages. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, store and distribute it on our platforms for operational purposes.

We may review, edit, refuse or remove content that violates these Terms, member guidelines or law, without prior notice. Business offers and discounts are published by business members; Opportunity Club India does not guarantee the availability, quality or terms of third-party offers.

6. Network and introductions

Members who introduce others to the network must comply with club rules, including accurate invitation details and responsible use of suspend or inactive actions. Remarks recorded for status changes must be truthful and may be reviewed by administrators. Abuse of network privileges may result in restriction or termination of membership.

7. Fees and payments

Certain memberships, events, donations or services may require payment. All applicable fees will be communicated clearly before you commit. Payments are subject to our Refund Policy where applicable.

8. Intellectual property

The Opportunity Club India name, logo, website design, app interface and original content (excluding member-submitted content) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit our materials without written permission.

9. Third-party services and links

Our platforms may link to external websites, businesses or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, offers or privacy practices. Your dealings with other members or businesses are at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. See our Disclaimer page for additional information.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Admed India Services Private Limited and Opportunity Club India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of our services or interactions with other members.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, club rules or legal requirements. You may stop using our services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
